Penthouse Top8A in Huis A is a beautiful penthouse with a historic view of the Burgt van Kaprun and a wonderful place to spend a holiday with friends or family. This beautiful three-room penthouse, located on the top floor of Residenz an der Burg, has 8 fixed beds.

The entire apartment is finished to a very high standard and fully equipped. The modern, luxury penthouse has two gigantic balconies on which you can enjoy the sun all day long and have a magnificent view over the valley and the historic Kaprun Castle.

The penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one bedroom with a double bunk bed.

All bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of closet space, one of the bedrooms has a large balcony located on the west from where you can enjoy the sunset after a wonderful day in the mountains.

The cozy and spacious living room is the place to relax together with your guests by the fireplace, or to have a delicious dinner at the large dining table, after you have prepared a feast in the spacious open kitchen.

Once you have made the reservation and received our confirmation email, you have 48 hours to transfer the 30% deposit. 6 weeks before arrival we ask you to transfer the remaining payment.
If your arrival date is within 6 weeks of the booking date, you must transfer 100% of the amount.
You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival; We will then refund the payment(s), minus 27 euros bank fees.
Payments are made through our site: we will send you an email with the details.
The prices include final cleaning, tourist tax, service costs, bed linen, bath towels, etc.
