The luxurious design apartment Top4 is located on the first floor of the Residence Alpin Kaprun Resort. The apartment is modernly furnished and has a warm atmosphere due to the use of wood and natural materials.

The living room is spacious with a large open kitchen, a cozy dining area with a beautiful panoramic view over the Maiskogel and the Kitzsteinhorn. From the living room you have direct access to the very large balcony with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds; two bathrooms, one with a bath and sauna which is directly accessible from the master bedroom. There is a second separate toilet in the hall. The living room has a luxurious sofa bed, making this apartment very suitable for 8 people.
