The apartment is located in the center of Kaprun with shops, restaurants, ski school and slopes within walking distance.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen, a cozy dining area and a seating area where you can relax after a day in the mountains.
From the balcony you have a view of the Maiskogel and surrounding mountains.
The cozy corner offers enough space for a delicious breakfast or dinner for 4 people.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms: a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet and the second bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The building has a parking garage and free parking is available around the building.

We have enjoyed every winter in Kaprun since we were young. The rental of our first apartment went so well that other owners also wanted to rent through us. We now provide rental & local services for more than 30 apartments with great passion and pleasure. In addition to the apartments in Kaprun, we also have a completely detached, luxuriously furnished 6-person vila with private swimming pool (15x4) in Vielle St. Girons, beautifully situated near the coast in South West France.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • Once you have made the reservation and received our confirmation email, you have 48 hours to transfer the 30% deposit. 6 weeks before arrival we ask you to transfer the remaining payment. 
  • If your arrival date is within 6 weeks of the booking date, you must transfer 100% of the amount.
  • You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival; We will then refund the payment(s), minus 27 euros bank fees.
  • Payments are made through our site: we will send you an email with the details.
  • The prices include final cleaning, tourist tax, service costs, bed linen, bath towels, etc.
