Als Nederlandse/Oostenrijkse familie hebben we altijd al een affiniteit met het gebied Leogang-Zell am See- Saalbach Hinterglemm gehad. Daarom liggen onze huizen ook in dit 4 seizoenen gebied.
Zwemmen, skien, wandelen, golfen, mountainbiken etc., alles zeer snel te realiseren.
Alle huizen fantastisch, rustig, gelegen en met veel liefde ingericht. Ieder huis net iets anders.
Voor ons is het belangrijk, dat onze gasten zich thuis voelen. Want vakantie behoort tot de mooiste weken van het jaar

Explanation of prices


ATTENTION:

The prices are based on an occupancy of up to 8 people. For each additional person, an additional Euro 175.00 is charged per person per week. Max 13 people, including children.
The week of December 21 until December 28, 2024 we rent to a minimum of 10 people
The week of December 28 Jan 24 to Jan 4 We rent 25 to a minimum of 12 people.
In the period from February 15 to March 8 we rent to a minimum of 12 people.

Prices include Kurtax, final cleaning, bed linen, towels and bath towels, energy costs, water, WiFi/WLan, 2 children's beds and 2 high chairs. Final prices, no further costs.
When you arrive at the house, the beds are already made.

In the shoulder season, arrival and departure do not have to be on Saturdays.

the dining table can be extended so that 10 people can easily be accommodated. The stove on the left. Very individual . You can use it, but with caution.
The open kitchen. Enjoy cooking together. The kitchen is fully equipped, Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave. Furthermore, more than enough of everything available.
