The house includes a living room with a well equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sauna with shower and Abstellraum with boot warmers. Furthermore there are flat screen TVs, movie surround system, cable and satellite TV and radio with foreign channels, a cot, travel cot / playpen, high chair, washing machine and dryer and LCD TVs with DVD player available in each bedroom.

Even in the summer, Haus Lugthart a fantastic holiday destination. The sun terrace with a private pool of 30 m2 emphasize the luxury of the house. Enjoy the veranda of the view while eating fun together.

In the area there are plenty of activities such as mountain climbing, mountain biking, whitewater canoeing, hiking and much more. Directly from the house, you can walk around the Kopfberg and to the village of Annaberg. There are also wonderful for trips to Salzburg for example, the ice caves in Werfen, the Lammerklamm or the salt mines in Hallein.

From the house, from the balconies and terrace, the house has a fantastic view over the Austrian mountains. This stunning panorama is also called the "Salzburger Dolomitenblick 'called.

The cozy Hotel / Restaurant Dolomitenhof is 100 meters from the house. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are two restaurants.

In the village of Annaberg are several bars, restaurants and shops.

In 2008 my wife and I own design Haus Lugthart built by local craftsmen. For over 25 years we have been loyal guests in Annaberg im Lammer now feel really Einheimisch. Of course, we ourselves often found, but we also find it great to let guests enjoy the luxury of the holiday and the beauty of the surroundings. And of course, we are members of the local Marcel Hirscher fanclub, slalom world champion, born and raised in Annaberg.
