The house has a living room with fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sauna with shower and an abstellraum with shoe heating. There is also a flat screen TV, movie surround system, cable and satellite TV and radio with Dutch channels, a cot, camping cot / playpen, high chair, washing machine and dryer and LCD TVs  in every bedroom.

Both in summer and winter, Haus Lugthart is a fantastic holiday destination. The sun terrace with its own swimming pool of 30 m2 emphasizes the luxury of the holiday home. Enjoy the view on the veranda while you eat together. In winter you can ski to and from the house directly to the lifts of the Dachstein West ski area. 

In the area, in addition to winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding, there are also numerous activities in the summer such as mountain climbing, mountain biking, white water canoeing, hiking and much more. Directly from the house you can, for example, hike around the Kopfberg and to the village of Annaberg. There are also wonderful trips to Salzburg, the ice caves in Werfen, the Lammerklamm or the salt mines in Hallein.

From the house, from the balconies and from the terrace, the house has a fantastic view over the Austrian mountains. This beautiful panorama is also called the "Salzburger Dolomitenblick".

The cosy Hotel/Restaurant Dolomitenhof is 100 metres from the accommodation. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are two more restaurants.

In the village of Annaberg there are several bars, restaurants and shops.

In 2008, my wife and I had Haus Lugthart built to our own design by local craftsmen. We have been loyal guests in Annaberg im Lammertal for about 40 years and now feel really Einheimian. Of course, we can often be found there ourselves, but we also love to let guests enjoy the luxury of the holiday home and the beauty of the surroundings.
