The chalet is very spacious with spacious bedrooms and an original 'Kachelofen' in the living room for cozy Après-Ski hours. The children and parents have also been thought of with a separate play area for the children with darts, table football and TV.
Comfort and space! Underfloor heating on the ground floor and 1st floor ensures comfort and quick heating with the original stove in the living room or the radiant elements in the bedrooms. WiFi and fast internet connections ensure that no contacts are lost with the home front.
The house is furnished to a high standard and offers every luxury and comfort. A lovely terrace, but also a large, south-facing balcony are provided. Straight from the sauna to the balcony and relax with a view of the beautiful mountain peaks. You can retreat to one of the very spacious bedrooms with a comfortable seat, quietly read a book or keep up with your social contacts - it's all possible.

In the summer in the middle of the nature of the 'National Park Hohe Tauern' and plenty of activities such as hiking, climbing, mountain biking, swimming and relaxing. For the diehards, you can also ski on the Kaprun glacier in summer. For golf enthusiasts there are 10 beautiful courses at a distance of only 5 to 35 km. In Mittersill (18 holes), Zell am See (36 holes) and around Kitzbühel you will find the best facilities in Austria.
In the summer period, a double swing, 2 sunbeds and a charcoal BBQ are available and you can use the 'Nationalpark Sommercard' (included in the rental price) with which you can do all kinds of fun excursions and visit attractions for free or with a discount.
