The chalet is very spacious with spacious bedrooms and in the living room an original 'Kachelofen' for the cozy Après-Ski hours. The children and parents have also been thought of with a separate play area for the children with darts, table football and TV.

Centrally and quietly located, in the middle of 2 large ski areas, each with the highest ratings. Ski resort Kitzbühler Alpen is a 2-minute drive away and Wildkogel Arena is a 5-minute drive away. The longest toboggan run of no less than 14 km, illuminated and open until 10 pm! .
In the summer in the middle of the nature of the 'Hohe Tauern National Park' and plenty of activities such as hiking, climbing, mountain biking, swimming and lazing around. For the diehards, you can also ski on the glacier of Kaprun in the summer. For golf enthusiasts, there are 10 beautiful courses at a distance of only 5 to 35 km. In Mittersill (18 holes), Zell am See (36 holes) and around Kitzbühel you will find the best facilities in Austria.
In the summer period you can enjoy a double swing, 2 sun beds and charcoal BBQ and you can use the 'Nationalpark Sommercard' (included in the rental price) with which you can do all kinds of fun excursions and visit attractions for free or at a discount.
