The front of the house with a carport covered, so you can dry the house come in rain or snow. At the rear of the house is a large balcony, with access from the master bedroom. Here you can soak up the sun. The balcony is located on the south side.
Haus Alpenglühen in the winter. The ski slope within walking distance (100 meters). The Nassfeld ski area with 110 km of ski slopes easily accessible.
