Spacious luxury holiday home for 2-7 people.
Entrance with spacious wardrobe and toilet. Fully equipped modern open kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, convection oven and dishwasher. In the cozy spacious living room, with adjoining dining room, there is a large corner sofa, footstool, two armchairs, flat screen TV, a wood-burning stove and a comfortable dining area. The patio doors give access to the terrace with a south-facing veranda, with a beautiful view of the mountains.
The house has 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in shower. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one of which is very spacious with patio doors to the balcony with a view of the Carnic Alps. The other bedroom is smaller and has 2 comfortable fixed bunk beds (4 persons). If necessary, a camp bed is available (bring your own mattress and sheets for hygienic reasons) and a high chair.
The bathroom is modern. This has a double sink with furniture, a spacious walk-in shower and toilet.
Beautifully situated south-facing garden with terrace, veranda, garden furniture, lawn and garden shed.
In the spring of 2023 we expanded the house with a third bedroom and a walk-in shower.
The living room has become more spacious with a new dining area and the kitchen has been enlarged and renovated. Everything for a very pleasant stay.
