In beautiful Carinthia is our fine holiday home Ansajo. The house is detached and has beautiful views of the mountains and the valley all around. The property has 2 private parking spaces. The house is adjacent to a large meadow on which there is a ski slope with a small drag lift in the winter.

The sauna with 3 modes: Finnish sauna (90 degrees), Dampfbad (nice infusion and lots of steam) and infrared (great for tired muscles).

From here, nice view of the ski slope. now it is summer, but as you can keep an eye on the kids in the winter.

But are you closer to home there are plenty of lakes in the area where it is like god stay here on the Presegersee.

Here you can see the front of the house on the north side. The carport ensures that you can always step into a cool car and in the winter you never lie no snow on the car.
If you look around the house so you can just see the local ski slope Kotschach-Mauthen. Lovely if you have small children zolekker close to home.
In the living room the sitting area which can be a comfortable spacious 2 bed. Expanded
The living room also has a flat screen TV and CD player for movies, docking station for ipod, radio / CD player. also you will find a wide range of famous movies and games.

Croatia is only 2 to 3 hours drive from Kotschach. Best fun to take a night there and lie. A few days by the sea
If you find more fun than the river is just minutes away from the house this place vinden.Ook here you can enjoy good in fine weather.
At some places has almost dried up and the flow of the river is not so wild.
