Hello and have fun in the Gailtal!

We rent out our comfortable house in beautiful Gaitail. The house has three bedrooms, two toilets/bathroom and a living-dining room. In addition, it has a south-facing terrace, as well as a fireplace and sauna! The balcony in front of the bedroom allows a beautiful view of the Carnic Alps.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer.

Internet, flat-screen TV, microphone system and satellite reception are of course also part of the equipment.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Adjacent is a toilet.
On the upper floor are two more bedrooms. A spacious bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, as well as exit to the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. This view is especially pleasant after waking up in the morning. Another bedroom has two single beds.
Also on the upper floor is the spacious bathroom with washing machine.

The house has a southwest-facing garden with a children's swing and sunbathing lawn.
Furniture and barbecue are on site.

In the village there are various shopping facilities, as well as a ski slope for the winter and an indoor outdoor pool, with fun slide and wellness facilities. In summer, our holiday guests can get free admission to the swimming pool for two people

The region has already made a good name for itself as an organic region, so there are sufficient opportunities for natural nutrition.

In the neighbouring village there are horse riding facilities and there is a climbing and shooting centre.

Italy and the Nassfeld ski region can be reached in 20 - 30 minutes.
