Our house is located at an altitude of 1540 meters at the end of the road on the edge of the forest. This makes it great for skiing in winter. (For a current picture, visit the internet bergfex.hochrindl) From our south-east facing balcony you can enjoy the view and see the deer walking in the garden. You can go hiking in the summer directly from the house with many hiking trails nearby. Skiing is possible in winter from the beginning of December to mid-March in this snow-sure area. Ski slope 300 meters from the house and two large ski areas more than fifteen minutes away by car. You can make day trips from our house to Italy or Slovenia, but also closer to the Nockenberg Hochalpenstrasse.

Our house has on the ground floor the living / dining room with a real Austrian Kachelofen, a large bedroom, children's room, kitchen and bathroom / toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed. In the winter you can store your skis and dry boots in the garage.

If you like the atmosphere of Austria, the mountains, nature, hiking and skiing, our house on the Hochrindl is a great place for you. This is what we were looking for and this is what we have found here. Every time we enjoy this beautiful place from where you often look out over the clouds.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental of linen is mandatory and the costs are €12.50 per person per stay and the set consists of bed and bath linen (2 bath towels). You must bring your own towels and tea towels. The final cleaning is mandatory and the costs are listed under the heading final cleaning. You must leave the house broom clean. Check-in: from 4 pm (on request this may be possible earlier) Check-out: before 10 am (unless otherwise agreed with Marta)
There is also free Wifi in the entire house, and on request free use of a children's bath, cot and high chair and the washing machine.

House Lotte on the Hochrindl is located in a beautiful place where you can easily unwind without having to leave the house after arrival. With the view from the balcony often above the clouds you come in the morning sun all the way to yourself. You can make many hiking tours, cross-country skiing and mountain biking from the house. If you want to tour then you are quickly in many places, so you sit within a few hours in Slovenia, Italy, you can spend a day at the beach on the Mediterranean and there are plenty of attractions in the area to visit. This makes our house a good place to go and not have to leave the entire holiday, but also an excellent base. In winter our house is located on the edge of the snow, a family run ski paradise called Hochrindl, where you can enjoy the family. Children up to 6 years of age ski for free. For the experienced skier there are two large and challenging ski areas around the corner each with their own character. If you love peace and nature then you will come to enjoy yourself in our house. Our garden is visited by deer and deer that eat from the hay rack in our garden. You can also see foxes, snow hares, squirrels and numerous birds. During the hikes in the area you can encounter alpine marmots and mouflons in the wild.
