Chalet Giusto is uniquely situated and is located directly at the bottom of the slopes of Kötschach-Mauthen. The swimming pool + wellness centre with aquarena restaurant and tennis courts are 150 metres from the chalet.

The chalet has a very large terrace facing south and west. From this terrace you can enjoy a completely unobstructed view. From the living room you can directly reach the very large (22m2) balcony. Whether it's winter or summer, this balcony allows you to enjoy a beautiful view in all weathers. During the winter, you can see directly on the snow-covered slopes. Next to the chalet there is parking space for 2 cars.

The chalet was built and developed in-house. We have therefore been able to take into account the requirements of the target groups to which chalet Giusto is attuned. For example, our chalet is ideal for a large family or a family where grandpa and grandma also come along. The chalet has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a shower with washing facilities. The chalet also has a separate bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.

The completely detached Chalet Giusto is built in traditional Austrian style. A lot of wood has been used, which gives the chalet a warm appearance both outside and inside. The chalet is equipped with every luxury, which contributes to an unforgettable holiday. The chalet has a very large balcony which is directly accessible from the living room and from which you really have a magnificent view. Grandpa and Grandma can follow the grandchildren's lessons directly from the balcony. The ski school starts its lessons 75 meters from the chalet. The aquarena water park, which also has a good restaurant, is located at a distance of 150 meters from the chalet. The cosy centre of Kötschach-Mauthen is easy to reach and is within walking distance of chalet Giusto. For your daily needs, nothing has to be lacking, because in Kötschach-Mauthen there are 3 large supermarkets, a Spar, a Lidl and a Billa.

In addition, you can also go to the large ski area of Nassfeld with the free bus or private transport on your ski pass, which is 20 minutes by car from the chalet. Nassfeld is the largest ski area in Carinthia and is one of the 10 largest and most modern ski areas in Austria. When you arrive in Nassfeld, you take the longest gondola in Austria, the millennium express, directly to +/- 2000 meters altitude where 110 km of groomed slopes await you. Due to the enormous snow security, you can ski in Nassfeld from the beginning of December to late April.


In both winter and summer, the immediate surroundings of Kotschach-Mauthen offer unique opportunities for the active holidaymaker but also for those who want to enjoy peace and nature. In winter, there is usually a lot of snow and there are many cold nights. The summer, which sometimes starts in spring, has more than average warm days with many hours of sunshine. The chalet is very easily accessible and has a terrace facing south and west. From the chalet, all amenities for daily needs are within walking distance.
