Ferienhaus Kirchbach

This beautiful luxury holiday home, completed in 2021, will be available for rental from December 2021. The house can accommodate up to 14 people. With 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, groups of colleagues and friends also have sufficient privacy. The house has three floors.

On the ground floor there is a garage (35m2, suitable for 2 cars), a laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. This last room has access to the terrace at the front of the house. Also a separate shower (6.3 m2) and toilet (3.6 m2). This shower and toilet are also suitable for disabled people. The infrared sauna with sun beds, shower and sink is also located on this floor. A washing machine and dryer are also at your disposal (in a separate room).

On the first floor there is a bedroom for 4 people (double bunk bed) with private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). In the hallway you will find a separate toilet. You then go to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is very luxuriously furnished. This includes, for example, the cooking island with induction hob and luxury oven. A large refrigerator, large freezer, large work surface and plenty of storage space. Also a microwave, a steam oven, separate small refrigerator and a wine cooler. Crockery and glassware for 14 people and both a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. You can cook extensively in this kitchen. From blenders to baking equipment and from toasters to hand blenders are available.
The living room has relaxing armchairs, a fireplace (wood is available), large sofa, coffee table and chairs. You will also find many reading books and games.

Via this 1st floor you have access to the large terrace and heated swimming pool (available in summer). This swimming pool is enclosed with a glass fence. There are 14 sun loungers on the terrace as well as two large tables and benches for everyone to drink and/or eat outside. The breathtaking view of the mountains is simply "a picture perfect". Enjoy with a capital G.

On the third floor you enter through a large hall to 3 bedrooms and a playroom/game room for children. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and plenty of closet space. These bedrooms have access to a terrace. The "master bedroom" is also furnished with a double bed and plenty of closet space. Ensuite a very large bathroom (17 m2) with free-standing bath, (rain) shower, hand shower, double sink and toilet. Lots of cupboard space here too. Both the bedroom and bathroom give access to a terrace. The children's play area is equipped with sofas, chairs, table, chalkboard, television, etc.

All sliding doors and windows in the house are equipped with electric blinds and mosquito screens. In addition to the fireplace, the house has underfloor heating and you can use (fast) internet. A baby cot and high chair are available (free of charge).

The friendly managers of the house can provide a sandwich service and/or organize dinner for you according to your wishes. You can arrange this on site with the administrators according to your wishes. They know the area well, have many contacts in the area and are available for all questions. Any additional costs can be settled on site with the manager couple. As already written, the kitchen is very luxuriously furnished and certainly suitable for cooking yourself. There are two supermarkets (within walking distance) in the village of Kirchbach!

The house is located in Kirchbach (in the Gailtal in Carinthia). A snow-sure and sunny area due to its location on the south side of the Austrian Alps. The ski area (115 km, Nassfeld) can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. You can also go cross-country skiing, tobogganing and snow biking.
In summer this is a beautiful walking, cycling and mountain biking area. (Electric) mountain bikes can be rented in the area. With the (purchasable) "Kärnten Card" you have free or discounted admission to more than 100 sights and attractions in Kärnten. In the very nearby area you can go rafting, swimming (municipality swimming pool with sunbathing lawn), abseiling, paragliding, cycling, mountain biking, cycling, walking, tobogganing, golfing, horse riding, etc. The golf course (Nassfeld Golf, 18 holes) is 3 minutes away driving distance from the holiday home.
