Bedroom with 2 single beds (2.15 m) with large storage cupboard.

Trundle bed for 2 people. Accessible by stairs.

On the south there is a large balcony.

Terrace at the front on the south to be reached through French doors.

Location
Kötschach is located on the south side of the Alps and has many hours of sunshine. As they say: the weather comes from Italy.
Environment
Kötschach is located at the end of the Gailtal and the beginning of the Lesachtal. Really a beautiful environment. Kötschach also presents itself as an "umwelfreundliche" municipality.

Through fit and fun in the village all kinds of supervised activities for children of all ages.
Via outdoorcenter in village: canyoning, rafting, mountaineering, kayak etc

In the summer season (29 May '25 to 7 September '25 for 50 euros per week AQUARENA for 4 people with the KoeMau card only for our house, we deduct these costs from the deposit).

Ski area at over 2250 meters with truly beautiful panoramas everywhere you look. Nice wide slopes.

Small slope in village with ski school and limited apres ski. Fun for children and beginners. (3 minutes by car)
