The house is entirely at your disposal. The house stands on 1500m2 of land and the garden can be used all around. There is a rocking chair in the tree, there are outdoor toys available and from the garden you enter the basement rooms under the house where you can store your bicycles or skis and / or sports equipment. There is sun all year round and you can find the shade under the chestnut tree in the middle of the garden and under the sunshade on the wooden terrace with an outdoor dining area and lounge set and sun loungers. At the front door you have an outside covered area where you can sit nice and cool in the summer and in the winter you can put your ski equipment here.

Upon entering is a spacious hall. Generous toilet with sink and washing machine. Large bedroom with a double bed with adjustable slatted base overlooking the garden. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and an oriental seating area where you can sit and eat or play games together. Living room with a lovely corner sofa (where you can also convert a part of it into a 2-person sofa bed) and TV. There are games and books in the cupboard. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, of which 3 rooms with a double bed and 1 room has an extra single bed and 2 rooms have a sofa bed where someone else can sleep on it and 2 bedrooms have a balcony with a view of Italy and Slovenia. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is a tumble dryer on the landing.
Washing machine and dryer are free to use.

Motorcyclists can park their motorcycles under the shelter at the front door or on the driveway, where there is also room for 2 cars and if the motorbike is not too wide, it will fit through the cellar door and can be stored in the lockable cellar. We also have a garage further on where the motorbikes can be locked if necessary. (5 min walk, or we will pick you up and bring you by car for that bit)

In summer there are many village festivals in the area, Fuerwehrfest, Kufenstecken etc. people dressed in costume and music. Everyone is welcome to participate, it is not necessary.
In winter you can go cross-country skiing or ice skating and skiing nearby. Ski bus stops in the village and takes you to Dreiländereck or to Nassfeld / Milleniumexpress. The house is located in a small, quiet village, with many walking and cycling opportunities from home. There are also many nice trips to do, all within a maximum of 30 minutes by car. eg Swimming and beach, walking or skating at the Presseggersee (10 min) For the little ones there is a fun amusement park at the Presseggersee, next to the bathing beach.

Municipal swimming pool (5 min). Is also nice to walk there, beautiful route with beautiful views. You can also get a nice ice cream and eat fries there, for the enthusiast;). There are several bergalms in the area. The Garnitzenklamm (15 min) is a beautiful damp / waterfall where you can go hiking and enjoy. The Weissenssee (30 min) walking, mountain railway or ice skating / swimming.
The Wörthersee, very beautiful blue clear water, nice to cycle around, have a terrace, walk and or swim, visit fields or Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. Faakersee (25 min), you can float and rent a whisper boat and enjoy the blue clear water. Ski and hiking area Nassfeld, 20-25 min drive and you get on the Milleniumexpress to take you up. There you can go back tobogganing or climb and clamber in a climbing park at an altitude of 1700m.
Gerlitzen (30 min) mountain railway you can ski or enjoy the view and hang gliding in the summer.

Italy is a 20-minute drive, there is, for example, the village of Tarvisio where you can shop for everything on the leather market and still bargain with the price.
