After 2 years of construction, we are proud to offer our Austrian house on Micazu. This is our holiday home in Seltschach Carinthia. In a place where the mountains are beautiful and different every season. The view beautiful and the tranquility wonderful.
Located 8 km from Villach and exactly at the 3 country point Austria, Italy and Slovenia.
We have decorated our house in a modern way with a warm Austrian touch. Spacious living room, luxury kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious garden with veranda/carport.
At 20 meters the forest, at 100 meters a waterfall and at 200 meters the family ski area 3 ländereck. Within 8 to 20 km the Faakersee, Ossiachersee, Wörthersee and the Weissensee. And in the middle of various nature and ski areas in 3 countries. The 3 ländereck ski area is currently closed and we hope that it will be reopened as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this is still unclear.
Skiing is possible in:
Tarvisio, 10 minutes by car.
Gerlitzen, 20 minutes by car.
Nassfeld, 30 minutes by car.
Kranjska Gora, 15 minutes by car.
