After 2 years of construction, we are proud to offer our Austrian house on Micazu. This is our holiday home in Seltschach Carinthia. In a place where the mountains are beautiful and different every season. The view is beautiful and the tranquility is wonderful.
Located 8 km from Villach and exactly at the 3 countries point Austria, Italy and Slovenia.

We have furnished our house in a modern style with a warm Austrian hue. Spacious living room, luxury kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious garden with veranda/carport.

At 20 meters the forest, 100 meters a waterfall and 200 meters the family ski area 3 ländereck. Within 8 to 20 km the Faakersee, Ossiachersee, Wörthersee and Weissensee. And in the middle of various nature and ski areas in 3 countries.
