Holiday home for 6 people with large covered balcony. Alpenroos is a cozy house with a cozy kitchen-diner. You have direct access to the large covered balcony, which is wonderful, especially in the summer. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a TV with Dutch channels, WiFi internet and a washing machine and dryer. The whole is heated by central heating radiators. The spacious balcony of approximately 16m² provides a beautiful view of Sagritz, the Schober and Mohar Mountains. The meadows behind our house are surrounded by beautiful authentic stone partitions. On the living floor there is a bedroom for two people with a large wardrobe. You go to the floor via a staircase. Here are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are also cupboards for clothes in these rooms.

In the summer there is a trampoline for the children and a table tennis table in the basement.

This house can be rented in combination with Haus Tendler Edelweiss and is then suitable for a maximum of 14 people.

Rita and Aart Zwerus. From childhood we like to come to the beautiful and hospitable Austria. In 2008 we bought Haus Tendler and thoroughly renovated it. In 2014 the house has expanded considerably and since then consists of 2 beautiful apartments. Even after many years we still enjoy the beautiful creation in the area of Sagritz. Nature in the Hohe Tauern National Park is phenomenal and offers us new opportunities for unique mountain walks.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Alpenrose is suitable for 6 people. If you want to book combined with Haus Tendler Edelweiss (together up to 14 people) you must also book Edelweiss for the desired period.

Art. 2. Payment and further processing. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is final. If your deposit is not received within 1 week, we reserve the right to re-rent the properties. The remaining rental amount, including additional costs, must be paid at least 6 weeks before the rental date. Surcharges imposed by the government, including tourist tax, will be passed on to you. Your payment also implies that you agree to these rental conditions!
Art. 3. Cancellation
No-Risk Covid-19. In case of code orange in Austria, cancellation can be done free of charge. If, due to any other circumstances, the property cannot be occupied by the tenant, the tenant remains liable for the remaining rental amount, unless the tenant cancels the reservation in writing 3 months before the rental period. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded and will serve as compensation for lost rental income. We are then entitled to rent out the house to others.
