Villa Brughiera

VILLA BRUGHIERA is a holiday home in Kötschach-Mauthen. The house is in a beautiful location in the village close to shopping and outdoor activities. INCLUDING ENTRANCE TO THE AQUARENA SWIMMING POOL FOR 4 PEOPLE IN THE PERIOD FROM MAY 29 TO SEPTEMBER 13, 2026.

Skiing is possible next door in the small-scale ski area of Kötschach or in the ski area Nassfeld near Tröpolach (20 minutes by car). The ski bus to Nassfeld leaves at 200 mtr. of the house.

From the house you can enjoy walking, cycling, swimming and golf in the vicinity.

The indoor swimming pool Aqua-arena is 100 m. from the house. In the summer you can go here in the outdoor swimming pool. You can also swim in the natural swimming pool of Mauthen or in the river 'Gail'.

Restaurants, supermarkets (Spar, Billa) and shops are within walking distance.

Layout of the house:

The house has a spacious hall with toilet and technical room (where a washing machine and dryer is located). The modern open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and in addition to the standard kitchen utensils a Nespresso machine.

The living area has a spacious corner sofa and 2 separate chairs so that there is enough space for 8 people, there is also a wood stove.

In the dining area there is a spacious dining table (extendable to 2.40 meters). There are 8 chairs at this table.

The floor of the ground floor is tiled with underfloor heating.

Through French doors you enter a covered terrace with panoramic views of the mountains of Italy.

A wooden staircase in the hall leads to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. 2 bedrooms have a double bed (1.80x2.00 m) with spacious wardrobe. On the 3rd sl.kmr. you will find a bunk bed with a single bed, under this bed you will find another trundle bed. So 4 people can sleep in this room.

The bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, 2nd toilet and a double sink. This room has underfloor heating and a design radiator.

The villa is equipped with shutters on both floors.
