This spacious and detached villa with swimming pool offers a lot of privacy due to its beautiful location in the tranquil residential area of Ayo. This accommodation has a large living room, dining area and kitchen, from which all bedrooms are accessible. The house has a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom and also 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one with two single beds and a room with a sofa bed and a cot.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Behind the villa you will find a covered and spacious seating area with a comfortable lounge set and dining table for 6 people, great for relaxing and enjoying Aruba's wind and natural surroundings and of course overlooking the swimming pool.

On the balcony on the porch you can enjoy the scenery and the beautiful sunset.
The house offers a very relaxed atmosphere, offers lots of privacy and is surrounded by nature. From here you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips to, for example, the North Coast (GoldMine ruins and Natural Bridge). You are also in 15 minutes by car in the pleasant Oranjestad, at the airport or at the beautiful sandy beaches on the south coast and large supermarket. The house is comfortably furnished and fully equipped.
There are sun beds and garden chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cot, two high chairs, dryer.
