This tropical house is completely fenced so that you have a wonderful private feeling.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The whole house has air conditioning, wireless internet and TV.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe (in which the ironing board and iron are located) and an ensuite bathroom that is fully equipped with shower amenities (Aruba Aloe Vera shampoo / conditioner / shower gel), towels and a hair dryer.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also a large built-in wardrobe, here you will find, among other things, the safe and drying rack.

The third bedroom also has a queen bed and will share the bathroom with the second bedroom.
This bathroom is located on the hallway side.

Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit.

The spacious back porch gives you a full view of the backyard.

In the middle of the garden is the swimming pool with jet stream and a lounge set and sun beds.

In the garden you will also find a bbq grill with a large dining table where you can sit.

You can also park 2 cars on the property or possibly on the street side in front of the main entrance of the house.

The house is very centrally located.

We are Dennis and Patricia and together with our family we have been living in Aruba for a number of years.

At the end of 2022 we fulfilled our tropical dream and bought a house here.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor.

* If the tenant cancels the agreement:

- In case of cancellation in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period,
he still owes 30% of the rent.
- In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% of the rent.
- In case of cancellation from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
