What a lovely house in a nice place! A lot of positive things have already been said in the other reviews and we can fully agree with them.
There is something for everyone in the area: beautiful nature for walking, cycling (mountain bike routes!) and possibly. canoeing (on the Regge). When the weather is nice, you can swim at the various outdoor swimming pools in the area. We visited, among other things, museum MORE in Gorssel and the cities of Enschede and Deventer, all very worthwhile! Yocasa is a very pleasant and comfortable base, where it is good to stay in and around the house, both in good and less beautiful weather. We enjoyed!

The cottage is in a perfect location. DELICIOUS. The contact with the landlords, very cordial. We enjoyed our week very much.

Had a fantastic long weekend, everything was there, very nice house, both inside and out, very relaxing. It is a pity that child-friendliness cannot be clicked on because our little ones have had a great time, although it was the first time that children came, the owners had hung a swing, removed dangerous things and were very sweet to them on arrival and departure, so also with little ones a top place (everything is closed all around) worth repeating in any case!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Yocasa. The cottage is beautifully situated in the forest and is perfectly equipped. We slept wonderfully, around the house many seating areas and not to forget a delightful atmospheric porch under which you can enjoy until late in the evening. All in all, highly recommended! A great place, very cozy house, super nicely decorated, you feel right at home, everything you need and more is there, spotlessly clean, surrounded by greenery, with squirrels that come to visit, the national park nearby and plenty of towns with nice restaurants... Hiking, mountain biking, enjoying nature, this is a wonderful place to come back to!!

Also used the available bicycles and explored the beautiful surroundings. We will definitely come back!

Lovely place! The cottage and the garden: really great. Located at the end of a forest path, so you 'sit' completely freely, also in terms of view and garden. There will be no basket. Atmospheric, stylish and tastefully decora...

Lovely place! The cottage and the garden: really great. Located at the end of a forest path, so you 'sit' completely freely, also in terms of view and garden. There will be no basket. Atmospheric, stylish and tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Even Netflix on the TV, but especially the bicycles we found super nice to have at our disposal. The area is ideal for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers. Immediately you cycle a soothing (enviable!) 'hinterland'. In the garden we did yoga (also the squirrels ;-), badminton and jeux de boules. Visited Deventer, nice! By train because Holten has a train station with which you can whiz to Deventer in no time. Also enjoyed the Holterberg and De Sallandse Heuvelrug by bike and on foot. In the village a nice bakery for bread, lunch or coffee break, there is also an AH, Hema etc. Coming home to the house, cooking, showering, relaxing. Owners adapted flexibly, which was pleasant for us in terms of arrival and departure, even when the departure suddenly changed. Super. Thanks!! Highly recommended folks.
