Sogno Sperduto (the name says it all...) is actually mainly rented out through BoutiqueHomes etc to guests looking for a special experience to experience 'the real Sardinia' from this lodge, a retreat to recover, or a 'homey honeymoon'

Unfortunately, the location also makes it for a certain budget, both due to higher car rental, as well as our costs for maintenance and maintenance team.

I am going to suggest a few other accommodations and activities nearby with Sogno Sardinia that are also special, but perhaps a bit more accessible and affordable. However, this Emerald Coast remains the most beautiful, exclusive and expensive place in Sardinia.

It was great to host you in Sogno Sperduto and see your enterprising spirit to savour Sardinia, at bit off season touring during the day and spending cozy evenings 'at home'. Super to see how much you have done and seen. Please cross fingers that the use of the other access road will be re-installed for quicker easier access. It would be so convenient especially after some rain when the dirt road deteriorates like just before your arrival. I'll keep you posted for a future return visit. Saluti a tutti!

PS in English as it is easier for me: I was very happy to be of help with your flat tyre translating for the tow car and giving you transport for a new rental. It was super that you took the extra insurance and had grandma with you with you then to watch the children during the switch at Sixt, wonderful! Ciao a tutta la famiglia!

Thank you Eveline for your positive review about my Sogno Sperduto swim. It's a pity that we couldn't meet in person, but fortunately with modern technology we managed to communicate well. I am happy with my capable caretakers and the private pool since this summer. When my children were your age, it was such a godsend for us if we "stayed at home" more. This lodge is built in nature for peace and privacy, but unfortunately also heavy in maintenance and staff. A warm greeting!

You are a nice easygoing couple and very respectful of the lodge and the land. Super to notice you are Sardinia lovers ánd experts and that there were still new places to show and share with you. I love it you usually travel periods less warm when it’s possible to propose different Sardinian senses Experiences. Many happy returns to Sardinia and always a warm welcome back in Sogno Sperduto!
