As a Dutchman and citizen of the world, I would like to let you enjoy my beautiful houses on the Costa Blanca near Dénia and Jávea and recently also an exclusive new villa near the most beautiful colonial city of South America in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.

From an early age I have visited this beautiful Spanish region and it was therefore natural to offer holiday villas on the Costa Blanca in this beautiful region with 300 days of sun a year.
