We had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday at Casa Leon. The house is very clean and fully equipped, from beach chairs, to a nice stack of magazines to even a sewing kit for emergency repairs! The layout is nice and practical, the bedr...

We had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday at Casa Leon. The house is very clean and fully equipped, from beach chairs, to a nice stack of magazines to even a sewing kit for emergency repairs! The layout is nice and practical, the bedrooms are spacious by Spanish standards and from the nice terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. Also nice is Cafe Brevis a few 100m away where the kids can play (trampolines, bouncy castle and mini golf) while the parents enjoy a drink and tapas. Finally, an extra shout out to Esme who helped us a lot when we forgot to take something with us when we left. A house to come back to!

We had a wonderful week in Casa Leon. The apartment is in a lovely spot and has a fantastic view, especially from the roof terrace. No view of the pool but is around the corner from the garden and 30 seconds walk (nice and quiet). The apartment itself is spacious and clean and nicely located on a quiet road.
By car you are in the village within 5 minutes, by (electric) bike it is not much further. In the area there are plenty of nice restaurants and several supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour) 2 minutes away by car. For us it was always a joy to come back to Moraira and now for the first time in Casa Leon, but that is worth repeating.
The manager Esmé was also a joy to communicate with. We received a warm welcome and
She was always there for us. During our stay, the fridge broke and within 24 hours there was a new, top service!
The only flaw was... that we had to go home again...

We enjoyed 2 weeks in Casa Leon immensely. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Esmé. The house is fully equipped. We did not have the air conditioning in the bedroom on at night because it became too cold and it was still doable without the air conditioning. On the terrace you have a part in the shade and in the sun and there is a roof terrace where you have a nice view of Moraira. You do need a car to get around because the house is on a mountain but the center, supermarkets and restaurants are all nearby. It is possible to walk to the bakery at the bottom of the mountain. The pool belongs to the surrounding houses but most of the residents were not there so you often have the pool all to yourself. So we can highly recommend going here.

A downside we found was that there was no air conditioning in the bedroom with the 2 separate beds, there was a fan. We knew this, but it was actually too hot for the kids.

Beautiful complete house, with a fantastic view of the town and the sea. Everything you need is there and if not, Esmé will make sure that there is a solution for it. The pool is not directly in sight, but it is close by. There are plenty of games and Dutch books to keep you entertained for a few weeks. In this house you can really relax: recommended!

Too bad there was no air conditioning in the room for the kids, but otherwise everything was absolutely great.

Had a very nice holiday period.
Especially for Esme, nothing was too much. We could go to her for all our questions.
