Due to a cancellation, a period of 8 weeks has been released from November 20, 2026 - January 16, 2027. This is a wonderful time to be in Moraira.
The rental price for these 8 weeks is €390 per week (excluding cleaning, linen and electricity).

CASA GECO in MORAIRA
Discover this very well maintained semi-detached house in the sought-after urbanization Solpark in Moraira. The house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac.
Within walking distance you will find Solpark tennis/padel with the new restaurant Ca Antonio, The Brevis grill restaurant with mini golf, the local pharmacy (Farmácia), the popular coffee terrace / lunch restaurant Pan, Pan & Jamón Jamón with delicious coffee and chocolate cake and a little further walking the Asian restaurant Casa Lili and a large supermarket.
Casa Geco is a spacious and cozy corner house with beautiful sea views and a large shared swimming pool. It is in a very good location just 2.4km from the centre and main beach of Moraira. By car it is 3 minutes and you can park for free at the beach and center of Moraira. In the vicinity you will find beautiful bays with beach bars or cozy chiringuitos (beach bars). Also, there are many supermarkets and shops nearby just a few minutes drive away.
Casa Geco is nicely decorated with new furniture, new beds and mattresses and also a completely new kitchen. The new kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, etc.
The house has two large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a beautiful open kitchen, a spacious and bright living room with sliding doors, a partly covered terrace, a small private garden, a roof terrace and a shed for bicycles, for example.
Both bedrooms have 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm. In one bedroom it is made up as a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, Dutch size.
The bathroom has 2 sinks, a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a washing machine.
The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (hot and cold), mosquito nets and shutters.
The whole house has underfloor heating which is a pleasant luxury in winter. There is fast fiber optic internet (wifi) and a large Smart TV. With your own login details of, for example, Netflix and/or via the app of your Dutch television provider (Ziggo, KPN) you can watch television in Spain. Worth finding out.
The house is wonderfully light with a large sliding door and sea view from the living room and from the terraces. The sun position is good, even in winter.
Casa Geco is a house, but it feels like a luxury apartment with everything on 1 floor. Everything has been thought of and there is even a corner with many Dutch books.
In addition to the spacious terraces, you also have a small private garden at your disposal and you can use the storage room, where bicycles can be parked, for example. Your car can be parked on site under the carport so that it is dry and out of the sun.
There is a large communal swimming pool that can be used. It is always quiet by the pool, even in summer. Moreover, everyone takes each other into account.
Casa Geco is a lovely summer house, but also ideal for a winter stay. Due to the semi-covered sheltered terrace and the good sun position, you can sit outside in winter as soon as there is a sun (in Moraira the sun shines more than 300 days a year!). In addition, the house has underfloor heating and 3 new air conditioners that can heat.
This is a very nice house! As far as we are concerned, a must for people who like a cozy and attractive home.
=> Parents with children from 12 years old are welcome.
=> Arrival and departure day is flexible, please in consultation.
=> In the summer, bookings should be aligned as much as possible.
=> Pets are (unfortunately) not allowed.
