In the Netherlands we live near the German border in Enschede.We, Since 2 years I have been a retiree and I like to come to Javea for longer periods. To enjoy the climate, the subtropical plants in the garden, the swimming pool, the good food and to do fun things with friends. The Costa Blanca has a lot to offer. Javea is the village that stole our hearts. It actually has 3 cores: a medieval old center, the El Arenal area with the sandy beach and cafes and restaurants and shops and the port area with an attractive boulevard where you can eat by the sea. When we were looking for a house in Spain, we immediately thought of a house by the sea. Sea air is healthy and delicious and walking along the surf or sitting on the beach is highly recommended.
