You have a private entrance, a kitchen with all appliances, air conditioning if necessary to cool or heat and a modern bathroom. The kitchen overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. The outdoor area offers a large swimming pool and a BBQ terrace and a lounge terrace. The apartment offers space to add a cot. The apartment can only be rented between:
- March 16 and March 25, 2024
- May 7 and June 29, 2024
- September 17 and November 2, 2024
- February 15 to March 29, 2025
- May 4 to June 28, 2025

The minimum stay is 3 nights. If you come for 7 days or longer you will receive a 10% discount on the rental rate. If you come for 4 weeks or longer, the discount on the rental rate is no less than 25%.

As a retiree I can tell you that it is wonderful to stay in Javea. We have a wonderful and healthy climate, nice temperatures, lots of sun and lots of beautiful nature. In the photo I am at the Ambolo viewpoint. This viewpoint is one of 4 in our Balcon al Mar area and 1 of 15 that Javea has to offer. They are all worth visiting. You can cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival and you will receive the rental amount back. Cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival means you will receive a 50% refund. If you do not show up on the day of arrival, no money will be refunded.

If you book for 4 weeks or longer you will receive a 25% discount on the rate.
