Beautiful, clean, hip furnished apartment that is fully equipped. Location is great, when you walk out of the garden of the complex you are almost on the Boulevard, on the complex itself it is wonderfully quiet. Private parking on site makes parking no problem. Garden, swimming pool, elevator, stairwell are perfectly maintained. The storage room downstairs with all kinds of beach facilities is a godsend. The 9 for facilities is because the balcony is a bit tight with the 4 of us, but for the rest really an exceptionally beautiful and nice apartment in a perfect location.

Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious - light - clean - fresh - unique details - fine attentions

Wifi -> very good quality

The storage room downstairs = ideal! Filled with beach gear and everything easy to take with you to the beach.

Bakery, shop, restaurants, beach -> 2 minute walk

Beds - shower - kitchen appliances - air conditioning -> excellent quality

Definitely recommended, this apartment!

The very nicely furnished apartment is also perfectly located opposite a cozy club with padel and tennis courts with two Dutch teachers, where you can also have a drink if you are tired of the boulevard. Supermarket within walking distance and several large ones a few minutes' drive away. We rented Vespas at Siesta advisor, jet ski at Maremoto and played golf at La Sella (Jesús Pobre). Tiny and Filippe have a folder with tips in the apartment. Good restaurant in Xàbia town is Volta y Volta. Because of Corona, you have to wear a face mask everywhere, except when you eat, drink, exercise or lie on the beach, but you get used to it quickly.

We had a very NICE holiday in your beautiful apartment! The welcome was very warm with all kinds of goodies and your house is really BEAUTIFULLY decorated! Never before have we had such a beautiful holiday home with so much attention to detail and finish. The kids were playing and coloring in the morning with things from the arcade and we enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee in the sunny lounge. What was also a very big plus for us is the proximity to everything. We could just go everywhere on foot (beach, restaurants, bar, harbor, supermarket, playground...) In short, thank you again for the nice accommodation and we would like to come back in the summer because the kids definitely want to swim in the pool (haha :-)))

We slept fantastically and enjoyed our breakfasts in the sun! Very clever, those windows on the balcony. We sat in the sun, but were not bothered by the wind. You have thought of everything exactly :-) The location was also perfect for us. It was wonderful to come outside and immediately have everything nearby.
