Had a wonderful week at Maison Violette. The landlords are warm and welcoming, the cottage is cosily furnished, spacious and contains everything you need. There is a spacious terrace with possibilities to sit in the sun or in the shade. Landlords communicate clearly (also when booking) and are helpful.
It is a quiet area, but within 5 minutes (by car) you are at the supermarket, at 20 minutes are the slightly larger cities and within 40 minutes you are on the beach - so there is something for everyone.

What a fantastic place if you are looking for peace and quiet in your holiday. The location is great as a base to explore the Vendée.

What a fantastic place if you are looking for peace and quiet in your holiday. The location is great as a base to explore the Vendée.
In the cottage you immediately feel at home, it is fully equipped. It's nice that you can order bread for the next day and use "eating out" at home, because there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The owners do everything they can to make you feel at home and the animals in the yard complete the picture.
