Maison Violette

Holiday with us is a holiday without children. We only receive adult guests.

Maison Violette is a centuries-old house, full of atmosphere and character. The thick stone walls keep the house nice and cool in the summer and it is heated in the winter. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished and decorated. The houses of that time were not as practical as they are today and this is reflected in the height of the front door and doorway between the living room and bedroom. These are only 1.80 m high. For the rest, the house naturally meets all modern requirements.
Entirely on the ground floor, except for two steps to the kitchen/bathroom/toilet and several steps outside for the terrace and the front door.
The view from the living room, bedroom and terrace is oriented to the south, on a beautiful valley.

Living room
You enter the cozy living room with a spacious two-seater sofa and an armchair. This room also has a dining table with chairs and plenty of cupboard space.
You have access to a flat screen TV with USB and HDMI connection. Here you can connect a Chromecast and watch TV with your own App. There are also many Dutch and English books.

kitchen
There is a passage to the kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a table model refrigerator and separate freezer. There is also an electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker and gas hob. Of course, the cupboards are equipped with all inventory and kitchen linen is also provided.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin and storage cupboard. Towels and pool towels are also provided.

Bedroom
The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200) with bedside tables. This room also has a chair, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Outside
In front of the house is a spacious terrace with many plants and flowers. A dining table and chairs are ready to enjoy a delicious meal outside. Two adjustable chairs with a second dining table and a parasol are provided. Your terrace is separated from our terrace by planters and trellises.
There is a second terrace (grass) available for you, where you can sit in the shade of some trees if it is too hot. You can relax here in the relax armchairs with a beautiful view of the greenery.
You can park in front of the house. There is no traffic, except the postman in the morning.

WiFi
A secured WiFi network ensures that WiFi range is available in every holiday home and on the entire camping site.

Bread service
New from 2018 is that we offer bread service. For all guests, this means that fresh French bread can be ordered daily. We work with the best local baker.

Arrival and departure times
On the day of arrival you are welcome between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. You must leave before 10:00 am.

General
We, the owners, live in the house next door and are available if you need anything. The swimming pool is located behind the house on the campsite, as is the store where all our tourist information is located, including folders with walking and cycling routes.

In the camping sanitary facilities you will find the washing machine, which you, as a resident of Maison Violette, can use free of charge twice a week. After that, the camping rate applies.
Because this side of L'Etournerie is also the "home" of our chickens and cats, pets are not allowed in Maison Violette.
Any smokers should of course do this outside!
All linen is included (beds made on arrival, towels, shower towels, shower mats and one pool towel per person).

Maximum length of stay is 7 nights. A longer stay is only permitted on request. This must be communicated with the owner/landlord.
