Holiday with us is a holiday without children. We only receive adult guests.
Our wooden Chalet is located on our small campsite. You enjoy a pleasant accommodation and also the pleasant camping life.

Living room
Chalet Lavande has a cozy living/dining room and a small kitchen.
In the living room you will find a two-seater sofa and two armchairs. There is a coffee table and various cupboards with books and storage space. There is also a dining table with 2 chairs.
Much attention has been paid to the furniture and decoration of the chalet, making it a pleasant place to stay.

kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a table-top fridge with freezer, 4-burner gas hob, coffee maker, kettle and of course all inventory. There is also a vacuum cleaner.
There is no running water in the kitchen, there is a 5 liter water bottle that you can easily refill.

Bedroom
The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200), a bedside table, chest of drawers and a shelf with hanging rod.

Shower and toilet
On holiday at Chalet Lavande, glamping is in peace. There is no bathroom in the chalet, you use the spacious sanitary facilities on the campsite, this is only 10 m from Lavande.
Here you will find 2 spacious showers, 2 toilets, 2 washbasins and 2 washing-up areas. There is also a washing machine (surcharge) and a small library here.

Outside
In front of the house is a nice terrace, dining table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs. This is a lovely place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, drink or meal. Parasol is also provided.
Dogs are not allowed.
Any smokers do this outside of course!

Wi-Fi
A secured WiFi network ensures that there is WiFi coverage on the entire camping site.

Arrival and departure times
On the day of arrival you are welcome between 3 and 7 pm. Departure is done before 10:00 in the morning. All linen is included (beds made on arrival, towels, shower sheets).
Parking
There is a communal parking space behind the camping site. The car can be parked at the Chalet for packing and unpacking.

We are a Dutch family that moved to L'Etournerie in August 2004. We share this wonderful place with our 5 cats Scrufje, Polleke, Sammie, Sientje and Pruumke, lots of chickens and geese.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Free use of swimming pool (late May to early September).
Free Wi-Fi.
Free electricity, gas and water.
Parking space behind the house.

The mandatory final cleaning costs and the optional additional costs in case of pet and linen rental, must be paid before arrival by bank transfer to our bank account. You will receive all the details for this by e-mail.
The deposit is 40%, the remainder 2 months before arrival, the deposit 1 month before arrival. Payments are made via Micazu except for the cleaning costs and possibly pet, these are transferred to the landlord by bank transfer, 1 month before the arrival date.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
