What a beautiful house (We rented the whole complex). Lovely swimming pool! And the garden around it, or is it more of an estate. We were here with 21 people ranging in age from 1 to 67, we all enjoyed it. In addition, very nicely situated in a beautiful region with ample opportunities for very varied trips.

Attention to the approach; we missed a turn and followed Google Maps and got stuck at the bottom of a hill after a farm. The farmer there pulled us up; thank you!

It was a great holiday at Maison de la Couronne. Everything we needed to make us comfortable was provided. And the owners were helpful. Please note that the bedrooms are not all locked.

The swimming pool was fished clean every morning and the rubbish was collected every morning. The beds sleep wonderfully, the sun was shining and the contact with Hanneke was great!

Had a great holiday with us children and grandchildren! Very nice house, for young and old of everything to do.

We had a fantastic holiday together with children and grandchildren! Also did a lot of things, canoeing, climbing forest, caves and towns visited and then relaxed by the pool.

Had a very fantastic week with the group of friends. Enjoyed the house, the pool, the space with all the nooks and crannies, the sunbeds, the weather, wonderful starry skies and the views! France has conquered our hearts with all its beautiful nature, the cute villages and the delicious wine. Bordeaux is a nice city to visit and we have canoed nearby, also highly recommended. In addition, the manager is very friendly and the contact went well! We are going to miss the house, the breakfasts with baguettes, croissants and the peace and quiet! As some of us described the feeling: tears of happiness! Enjoyed it very much!

La Couronne is a beautiful house that becomes more beautiful every year. It has a beautiful view over a valley (removing a few trees would make it even more beautiful) and a lovely terrace with swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and especially the bedrooms and bathrooms in the main residence are really of a high standard. The gites are also good, but a little simpler. Hanneke and Theo are easily accessible and helpful, as is the manager of the house.

The area has two nice cities with Perigeux and Bergerac. Other than that, we have not done much. It is mainly walking, visiting caves and markets. Don't forget to visit the wineries of the Pécharmant! Top!
