Klaas and Elizabeth are fantastic landlords! They are very well known in the area, they do not hesitate to provide you with tips for tasty local products and sights. They have a beautiful house in a beautiful place. Everything has been thought of, and rarely is an accommodation so clean. We will definitely come back here!

Just returned from a great holiday. Klaas and Elizabeth are such nice people. From minute 1 you feel completely at home. Lots of space, beautiful views, a lovely pool and lots of things to do in the beautiful surroundings. Recommended: a.o. Genga and San Marino. Even went to Rome for a day (just over 3 hours away). Would definitely have liked to stay longer! Hospitality was invented by Klaas and Elizabeth, we 😀 think.

We had a wonderful holiday in the beautifully situated Villa San Vitale, our children lived in the nice and spacious Cantina where they could go their own way. They also had good free Wi-Fi, almost as important as the nice, clean pool they dived into several times a day. We were in apartment Sotto with a beautiful bathroom, spacious bedroom and a cozy sitting area in front of it. The owners give good tips about what to do in the area, so we visited the beautiful Corinaldo (photo) and took a walk to nearby Montefoglio (photo) Around the house are lovely places with beautiful views to laze around, dream away or read a book or lie by the pool. Klaas and Elizabeth really do everything they can to give you an unforgettable holiday and they have completely succeeded!

We had a wonderful relaxing week with 2 families in Sotto and the Cantina. Lovely beds and huge space and lots of privacy. We really enjoyed it. Everything was well taken care of and Elizabeth and Klaas are immediately ready with nice tips and addresses. Thank you for the wonderful week but it was actually too short, there is also so much to do in the area. And then all that delicious food. We will definitely be back. Saluti Family Book and San & Wim
