We rented Casa Linde for the month of September 2021 for 4 weeks. This house exceeds the description on the site and more. Everything within walking/cycling distance such as beach, shops, restaurants and the center of Denia. The weather was beautiful which makes the stay even nicer. The jacuzzi is also lovely, especially at the end of the day, great. We will definitely be back.

10 days at Casa Linde. We enjoyed it so much! A perfect location for a family with two children aged 19 and 21, within walking distance of the beach and a short bike ride to the city with bars, restaurants, shops and lots of entertainment. A house with all the trimmings. The basic facilities were available: toilet paper, plastic garbage bags, soap dispensers, dishwashing tablets... Gosh, we've never experienced this before. But it is very pleasant and immediately gives a feeling of coming home. Lovely beds and a private bathroom with toilet for each bedroom. The house is practically furnished with plenty of closet space for (too much) clothes you brought with you. And doing laundry in between is a luxury. In the morning no hassle with a quick towel on a lounger, because there are plenty of sunbeds. In short: a **** house!
We came to play golf, among other things. Beautiful courses in the immediate vicinity.
Valencia, Denia, Javea, Calpe and Altea are worth a visit and we have visited many trendy beach bars.
In short, an ideal base for us in a complete house.
And don't forget the hospitable welcome by John and Anne. Toppers.

At the end of September 2020, I went to this beautiful holiday home with my girlfriend. The location is fantastic: views of the Montgo, beach around the corner and the center of Denia also nearby. The house is equipped with literally all conveniences. We grabbed nothing wrong and it was super clean. There are even 6 bicycles, including two electric ones. We think it would be nice to go back with family or friends. In the evening we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the outdoor shower, relaxing after a day out.

The landlords John and Anne are personally involved and have given us great tips for the area! Very nice and nice people.

Highly recommended: if you visit Casa Linde at the end of September or later, it is definitely worth climbing the Montgo (often too hot in the summer months). The view is phenomenal.

In this Corona time, we (4 adults) had a wonderful holiday at Casa Linde.
What you see in the photos and read in the description is 100% correct. A beautiful house with a large garden where you can indeed enjoy every place. In the morning breakfast at the large table by the outdoor kitchen (in the shade), in the day enjoy the sun (with enough umbrellas / awnings to be able to lie in the shade) and in the evening a cup of coffee on the front terrace. And no high-rise buildings that you look at, but a view of the mountain. We made a lot of use of the bicycles to and from Denia or to get the sandwiches at Lidl.
Yes, the last part back to the house is a challenging part, but we always made it.
And then rinse off under the outdoor shower and enjoy the jacuzzi that we had set to 26 degrees. Occasionally had contact with John (you always have questions) and he always responded very quickly. In short... despite all the Corona restrictions, we had a great holiday.

We have spent two wonderful weeks in Casa Linde. Before leaving, the caretaker couple, John and Anne, come to meet each other. Never experienced it before, but they are very sympathetic people and during our stay we contacted John a number of times because we had some questions. Every time we have been helped very friendly and adequate. The house is almost perfect. If the living room/kitchen had also had air conditioning, the house would have received a 10 from us. There are fans and awnings, but with 38 degrees it gets very hot inside. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. On arrival there was a sweet note, wine, melon and olives from the owner. Top. Furthermore, the equipment in the house is more than good, everything is more than sufficient and the beds made and bath/towels made the stay very pleasant. Not to mention the presence of 6 bicycles, 2 of which were electric was also very nice, beach 5 minutes away and the city of Denia 10 minutes. In August 2019 we really enjoyed this holiday home and the service of the manager for a week. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail and if a little something is missing, it is arranged in no time or you can purchase it yourself at the expense of the landlord. The use of the bicycles was ideal to go to the beach, center or terrace.
It had just been extremely hot for a few days and if the living room had also had air conditioning, that part would also have received a 10. I myself am a light sleeper and occasionally heard the traffic on the road past the house in the bedroom, but the others were not bothered by that at all.
We would love to come back here again!

Super neat and beautiful house, wonderfully close to the beach and city (on foot or with the available bicycles!). Relax in the garden and jacuzzi. 100% complete. Highly recommended!
