Great location, especially with pet. Off-leash area around the corner. Lots of forest.
Downside in this day and age... slow wifi.. now.
Otherwise neat, excellent price-quality ratio. Very RICH view. We will be back

We were with our sister-in-law and her dog in this house. It is beautifully located! There is no microwave. Good senseo machine but a long puzzle on how to activate the Philips device. The cot on the upper floor creaks, but the mattresses are good (very soft in my opinion).
It cost more than € 700 for winter, not a small amount.

The second time in Pake's Hûs and it was just as nice as the first time a few years ago. Location is perfect, house is fine. Oudemirdum is fun and you can go in all directions to do something. We went to Farsk in Britswert agai...

The second time in Pake's Hûs and it was just as nice as the first time a few years ago. Location is perfect, house is fine. Oudemirdum is fun and you can go in all directions to do something. We went to Farsk in Britswert again (recommended!) and Lemmer this time. Had a nice weekend and worth repeating.

The wifi was too slow for our needs. Shower was clean but had a bit of an unpleasant smell.
Otherwise, we were very satisfied!

Great house, lovely free garden, canopy was grandiose, I do have some advice: Use the pressure washer around the house and specifically at the entrance at the start of the season and remove the cobwebs from the past period. That's the first impression when you arrive. Furthermore, a lovely cottage.

We had a great week! Nice location nice and quiet.

We found the house warm and cozy, kitchen complete and good beds, nice shower and a nice garden. Problem with the TV was solved immediately, everyone did their best. Interior caretaker is a sweetheart.
