A home of your own, a place under the sun. That's the feeling we got when we were there. We have been from 10/06 to 01/07-2017. The location is beautiful with great views. The house is fully equipped. The swimming pool is approx. 300 mtr. Higher up, beautiful and well maintained. The landlords are very helpful, respond quickly and give you any info you need. This also applies to the administrators who are there for you when needed. Fortunately, we didn't need them a lot, but it's still nice if there is a backup.
Plenty of supermarkets in the area. Very nice and cozy beaches/bays and child-friendly. Moraira is a very nice and cozy place with more than enough restaurants where good quality food is served. The only downside we found was that you are just a little too far from the village approx. 6 to 7 km. We bridged this with the car, so always take into account what you consume in connection with driving. A car or scooter is a necessity there.
General conclusion is; Beautiful location, the house is equipped with all facilities as you would like or have it in your own home and we had sun every day. We enjoyed and highly recommend this house. In short; "a private house, a place under the sun" super
