We found your pleasant tenants. It was a lot of fun to introduce Elly to the art of felting. Hopefully we will see each other again.
It was a pity that the garden was so barren and dry during your stay. We even had to let a number of small ponds dry out due to lack of water. Our hearts broke every time we saw that, but, as every local assures us, almost everything will recover:-)
No sooner had you left than a thunderstorm broke out with many hours of rain. Fortunately, good rain, which has also penetrated into the ground. Nature is immediately relieved, even though we now have to cut down a lot of barren wood. The temperatures are starting to allow that too, even if we still have to be careful.
Unfortunately, you did not use the new swimming pond and also did not use our bread baking and other services. We did not want to impose ourselves with this kind of thing, because we had the impression that you like to be on your own.
