About Jitske Roos
I am Jitske (49) and mother of a beautiful daughter Beau (19). I am an entrepreneur, sporty and positive.
In 2014 I closed Spain in my heart and did not let go. I love Spanish culture very much; the extremely friendly and humble people, the delicious food and the fantastic wines and cavas.
As an avid cyclist and scooter rider, I know about all the roads in the area of 100 kilometers around the villa.
I enjoy everything the area has to offer. From beautiful orange groves, artichoke fields and all other agriculture you drive past.
Spanish cuisine is fantastic and you make me happy with the delicious sardines on the beach or the gambas with a large jug of Tinto de Verano (sangria) or a delicious beer.
Enjoying life with a capital G is what I try to do every day and I try to convey this feeling to the guests of Casa Sophia.
