Beautiful holiday home in a unique location just outside the center of Malmedy. At the end of an uphill street with its own driveway and gate, so no traffic. With the higher position of the house a beautiful view over the la warche valley where you are in peace.
And a beautiful terrace of 24 square meters with BBQ, outdoor kitchen and lighting which is fully covered in and retractable with beautiful views.

For electric car riders, the holiday home has a New Motion charging station available to guests.

Malmedy a charming town in the Ardennes, 10 to 30 minutes away from the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, the nature reserve of the High Fens, the ski slopes, the castle of Reinhardstein, the lakes of Robbertville, Bütgenbach and Gileppe, the caves of Remouchamps and the waterfalls of Coo and Plopsa Coo. And much more in the beautiful natural surroundings of Malmedy.

The ground floor is located in the beautiful nature of the Ardennes. The ground floor apartment has a living room with sliding doors and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1x 4 pers. And 1x 2 pers.) So a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, nice terrace, and outside a locked garage for possible bicycles.

A clean and tidy pet is allowed, but in the meantime we are aware that there is clearly more
cleaning work is with pets (hair etc.) hence we charge € 20 extra for cleaning

Cleaning costs per stay € 50, with pet so total € 70
Furthermore, no deposit or additional costs
We do ask 50% deposit within 5 days, other 50% 5 days before arrival.

Adjacent the backyard is a ski slope (Ferme Libert) where in the winter there is snow and snowboard possibilities. For the rest of the year, this track is used for rugged downhill cycling.

The lower house is ideal for mountain bikers and walkers as you are just about the routes. But also for a nice quiet holiday. The house is fully equipped including Dutch TV and free WiFi.
