The owner reserves the right not to refund the deposit if the property has been left unhygienic or if there is a consumption of the utilities and/or wood that is outside the normal.

If you make a reservation until a certain date, please leave the building by 11 a.m. at the latest. Otherwise, an extra day will be charged even if you leave an hour later.
Organizationally it is usually impossible to stay later if another group has booked for that day, there is still cleaning to be done in the meantime.

At the time of reservation and when advances have been paid, they are definitively acquired for the lessor. If the tenant unilaterally cancels the reservation, he is not entitled to a refund of any deposits already paid.
In the event of unilateral cancellation by the tenant after reservation, the landlord reserves the right to rent the property back for that period.

After booking, an email will be sent to the tenant with the request to deposit the amount within a week. This is strictly monitored. If the tenant does not comply with this, the owner reserves the right to charge additional collection costs or to unilaterally cancel the reservation. By not paying on time, the tenant gives the signal that he does not want to confirm the reservation. After all, damage also occurs on the part of the landlord because the period is unnecessarily fixed.
However, the owner can also ask to bring the amount in cash if the interval between reservation and actual occupancy is too small.

Smoking in the house is prohibited, as well as making a fire outside in the summer. It is forbidden to heat oil in the house.
