In Florida (in the town of Inverness) we rent out our very nice luxury villa with Solar HEATED (!) private pool.
The villa has 4 bedrooms (including 1 Master Bedroom with King-size bed) and 2.1/2 beautiful bathrooms with bath, shower, toilet etc.
A sitting room with breakfast area and telephone.
In the kitchen you will find a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, separate oven, large American fridge with ice maker and a dishwasher.
In the utility room you can use a washing machine and a dryer.
The house is fully air-conditioned.
There is a double garage and a generous garden.
From the sitting room you look (through the sliding doors) to the swimming pool with spacious terrace.
There are sunbeds available and a large number of garden chairs, garden tables, etc.
Gas barbecue can be used free of charge but must be cleaned after use!

where you can play golf very cheaply in the area on a number of very nice
clear.
You can use the courses without a Golf Proficiency Certificate, so ideal for teaching your children or friends to play golf.
The villa is only an hour's drive from the city of Orlando with the famous attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios etc.
The Gulf of Mexico can be reached in about 20 minutes.
There are also fun and interesting things to see in the IMMEDIATE vicinity of the villa park.
You can also enjoy hiking, cycling, fishing, horseback riding and water sports.
There are also boats for rent in the vicinity of the park (regularly there are
including dolphins during a boat trip!)
There is a restaurant in the park.
In short... Something for everybody!
Fanatical golfers, sun and tranquility worshippers, hikers, water sports enthusiasts etc. will get their money's worth here!
The villa is also very suitable for people with children.
Everything is arranged on site by a DUTCH management.
