Bungalow 'Sea Crown' Julianadorp

Welcome to the Sea Crown holiday bungalow

In April 2021 we became the proud owners of this beautiful holiday bungalow.

Holiday bungalow Sea Crown is suitable for 2-6 people and can be rented on request. It is located in the quiet and child-friendly holiday park 'De Keizerskroon' in Julianadorp aan Zee.

The holiday park has a cozy restaurant, beautiful ponds and a football field. There is also some play equipment, including a stone table tennis table nearby.

The Sea Crown is a detached holiday bungalow surrounded by a sunny garden and is less than 2 km from the beach.
The garden is completely fenced with plants, giving you a lot of privacy with seating areas in both sun and shade.

The bungalow has a large living room and semi-open kitchen, which is equipped with a combination microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Senseo and a regular coffee maker, kettle, glasses, cutlery and crockery. A Toaster, citrus press, mixer and hand blender are also available

The indoor conservatory is especially recommended for having breakfast and dinner in the sun and enjoying the view of the garden.

Smoking is not allowed!

There are two bedrooms downstairs which are divided into a double bedroom and a single bedroom. On the upper floor there is a sleeping area with 2 more single beds. If necessary, 2 more children can use a sleeping area with a regular bed on the top floor.

Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a separate toilet downstairs.
The house is also equipped with a TV, a free internet connection (WIFI), a freezer and a washing machine.

There is parking next to the house in the driveway.

Julianadorp aan Zee is a beautiful seaside resort in the north of North Holland with a beautiful dune landscape, wide beaches and many walking and cycling paths. Canoeing is also possible.

There is a swimming pool, a golf course (Ooghduyne), a bowling alley and tennis facilities close to the park.
In Julianadorp there are several shops including Deen, Kruidvat, Lidl, Hema and a number of other nice shops, including a bakery and butcher. Unfortunately, the chance that you will have to stand in line for a delicious ice cream at IJssalon de Schepper is high😀

At a distance of approximately 8 kilometers in Den Helder you will find a number of attractions such as De Helderse Valley, De Pannenkoeken Valley, De Klim Valley, the Redding Museum and Fort Kijkduin.

Another option is a day with the children at the Hoenderdaell zoo in Anna Paulowna, or a day by boat to Texel and then to Ecomare, for example, or enjoy some cycling or walking along the beach. Callantsoog is also a pleasant seaside resort.

We are currently going to rent out the bungalow again on a limited basis in 2024.
During this period the rental runs from Saturday to Saturday and the minimum rental period is 1 week.
The rental rate is € 1250 per week in the high season (July 6 to August 24).

Furthermore €990 per week from June 1 to July 6 and from August 24 to October 26

Deposit €150
Bed linen can be rented (mandatory) at €12 per person.
Bath linen can be rented for €10 per person, but you can also bring your own.
Tourist tax € 1.58 per person per night

Pets are not allowed.
