Villa Prestwick on Highlands Reserve

This fantastic villa has undergone a complete makeover in 2022 and offers breathtaking views of the Highlands Reserve Golf Course. This spacious villa is located in a quiet Cul De Sac and is the ideal place for ultimate relaxation with great comfort.

The layout is as follows: Upon entering you immediately see the cozy dining room with spacious table and 6 chairs, on the other side is the first bedroom with Queen bed in Paris style.

The master bedroom is a king-size paradise with its own luxury bathroom - double sinks, a shower, a bath and a separate toilet.

The villa has two sitting rooms, both with access to the pool deck through the sliding door. The first room has two comfortable sofas and an armchair and is the ideal place to read or talk quietly. The living room has a large 65-inch smart TV and an incredibly comfortable corner sofa and armchair.

Next to the living room is the spacious and modern kitchen which is fully equipped, such as a spacious refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, dishwasher and a large stock of crockery and cutlery. On the other side of the kitchen is a charming breakfast nook with a further 6 chairs.

But wait, there's more! The second master bedroom is just as impressive with a king-size bed and a bathroom that opens directly onto the pool deck. The other two bedrooms have a cool nautical vibe with two single beds each. They share a bathroom that is equipped with everything you need - sink, toilet and a bath/shower combination. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV with Roku and a ceiling fan.

Time to step outside onto the expansive pool deck – your personal paradise with stunning views of the Highlands Reserve Golf Course. This deck is so spacious that you will enjoy the sun all day long. Pool heating is not included and is recommended to be added from October to April. You can always add this afterwards, but keep in mind that it takes about 8-10 hours to heat up in the colder months.
