If you go to the first floor you will find the remaining bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed in charming Old Key West style. Bedroom 3 features two double beds, decorated with beautiful Mickey Mouse decorations. Between these rooms there is a bathroom with a shower-bath combination, a sink and a toilet.

Bedroom 4 has a captivating Star Wars theme with twin beds and bedside tables. Bedroom 5 enchants with its Frozen themed decor and offers a comfortable double bed. These rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a sink, a bathtub with shower and a toilet. The second large bedroom has a beautiful wooden king-size bed, matching bedside tables, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, double sink and toilet.

Each bedroom is equipped with a large flat-screen TV for individual entertainment. The pool and spa are easily accessible from the living room and provide a wonderful space for the whole family to relax and play. For safety, the pool is surrounded by a fence. The pool deck has a comfortable lounge set and a dining table for eight people.

In addition, the villa features a well-appointed games room with a table football table, table tennis table, a real arcade game, a DVD player, a 60-inch smart TV and a PlayStation 4 with games for endless entertainment.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
