A perfect place to get away from it all, but close enough to visit the most exciting parks Florida has to offer, with Disney theme parks just 20 minutes away.
This Orlando vacation villa is equipped with double air conditioning and is beautifully located on the beautiful Watersong Resort.

With 2 separate lounge areas and a third lounge area set up as a movie room with beamer and Dolby Atmos sound on the first floor.
A modern kitchen downstairs with breakfast bar and separate dining area, 1 ensuite bedroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs for up to 10 guests.
Outside there is a gas heated swimming pool and terrace, with a luxurious hot tub.
The deck area faces southwest, making this pool an oasis to return to after a busy day, and to use from the early hours until late in the evening, even in winter.
 An indoor lanai with stunning views, over the  Watersong resort in a quiet area surrounded by forests, lakes and nature reserves.

This villa has a complete games room, including pool table, table football, air hockey and a table tennis table.
 The villa features WiFi and 65" ultra HD cable TV with Roku functionality in the lounge and each bedroom including Netflix functionality.
If necessary, we also have a walker or wheelchair available, and an extra handrail has been installed to make it easier to enter the private pool

Guests have access to the beautiful clubhouse with communal pool and a fully equipped gym and other facilities.
The villa is under professional management.
