over 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms and 2 balconies.

DESCRIPTION APARTMENT
The apartment has an open kitchen with
a breakfast-lunch bar. The dining/lounge area provides access to
terrace, garden and swimming pool.

On the ground floor is fully equipped for 4 persons: dining area and sitting area,
kitchen inventory, hob, oven, fridge with large freezer compartment,
washing machine, TV with satellite receiver and DVD player.

On the first floor 2 bedroom with shower and toilet .

Air conditioning (cold-warm) in living room and bedrooms.

SWIMMING POOL
Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. The pool will be
checked and cleaned, the administrator will supervise this
and run this. Swimming pool can be used from 1 May to 31 October.

GARDEN
From the living room, with sliding doors, you have access to
the terrace and pool. The garden is planted with palm trees and plants.

CLEANING - LINEN GOOD
The house is cleaned, bed linen and
bath towels are changed. Kitchen towels, tea towels and
bring your own beach towels.

TRANSFER AND ARRIVAL
You will be picked up at Dalaman Airport on arrival and taken away again on departure. Transfer from Dalaman Airport approx. 45 min.

Our apartment in a forest setting with a view of the beautiful
valley at the foot of Babadag in Ovacik awaits you. Within the complex
there is a private garden with 5 villas with a swimming pool, 22 dublex
special. The apartments are located around the rather large communal
swimming pool. This project contains an indoor swimming pool, a supermarket and a
bar.It is literally a special experience to stay in the soothing house that
to be in the middle of nature.

We are Enayat & Roya, Since 2016 we are proud owners of this great duplex apartment located in a beautiful part of Turkey and only a three and a half hour flight from the Netherlands. Give yourself (and your family and/or your friend an apartment on one of the

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

All Rates are excluding transfer from from (airport Dalaman )
To your apartment. If you come with your own, you do not pay any transport costs.

Mentioned prices include electricity, water, bed linen, towels for the bathrooms, 2x per week cleaning and final cleaning.

Cancellation:
If
tenant for whatever reason the rented property on the agreed date

Ölüdeniz is one of the 5 most beautiful beaches in the world and the most photographed beach on our globe. Ölüdeniz is still intact and it is almost impossible to get a building permit. The world famous pearly white sandy beach is ideal for lazing around, but there are also plenty of activities to do. The main beach in front of the town consists of a beautiful white sandy beach along a pleasant promenade with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Many of the cafes and restaurants have roof terraces from which to enjoy the impressive views and colorful sunsets. Further on is the protected beach, the Blue Lagoon. The beach is part of the national park and there is a small entrance fee that is well worth paying. The entire beach consists of calm waters without a real tide, making it ideal for families with small children and for various water sports. The clear and clean water is great for swimming or snorkeling. Even in winter the water is pleasant with a temperature of 16 degrees. Around Ölüdeniz are the best sailing routes for a peaceful sailing holiday. You can enjoy the clear blue waters and the beautiful blooming nature. There is the possibility to rent a Gulet (Turkish sailboat) with or without staff to sail around the area. Ölüdeniz is located in the heart of ancient Lycia. There are many old towns and ruins to see around Ölüdeniz. Antiquities like Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos, Sdyma, Myra and many others are worth visiting. Other excursions include the Lycian Way for the avid walker or a day trip to the Butterfly Valley where, from June to September, a diversity of colors and shapes swirls around in the guise of butterflies. The temperature in Ölüdeniz is wonderful to spend the winter. During the dark cold days in Europe, it is not colder than 16 degrees in Ölüdeniz with in the winter maybe a shower. In the summer the temperature exceeds 30 degrees, which ensures delicious water in the winter around 15 degrees.

Ölüdeniz, The beach at the end of the world

The center of Ovacik/Hisarönü is a 15-minute walk away and has a pedestrian zone with over 100 eateries, bars and shops, a small fairground, go-kart track and a large supermarket. Especially in the evening it is pleasant to walk and eat here. Unlike many other holiday destinations, you will be approached here, but not drawn anywhere.

There are many possibilities within a short distance, for example the Saklikent. Near the Toros Mountains between Fethiye and Kas, east of the Esençay valley is the Saklikent gorge, discovered by villagers in the 1980s. Saklikent Gorge “Hidden Valley” is steep and narrow and 18 km long. It is one of the longest and deepest gorges in Turkey. It's so deep that the sun can't even heat the water, making the water ice cold in summer. The gorge with its mystical and fascinating limestone walls was created by the shifting of plates and erosion of water. From the village of Saklikent you can reach the gorge by walking over the natural bridge. Wading through the water under small waterfalls, you can take a mud bath along the way. The adventurers hike further upstream which will make your heart beat faster. The villagers have set up small restaurants in the gorge against the mountain walls. The chairs and tables are placed on wooden platforms just above the water, here you can enjoy a beer in the shade. Saklikent Kloof is also known for its tree houses where people can spend their holidays in a relaxed and peaceful way amidst nature. Enjoy the song of the birds and the murmur of the river. Royal Tombs in Dalyan. Dalyan is a small town on the south-west coast of Turkey, the Lycian coast. It is located on a river between the Mediterranean Sea and Lake Koycegiz. From the quay in Dalyan you look out on a number of beautiful rock tombs that have been cut into the wall along the river, the tombs of Kaunos. On that side of the river are also remains of the ancient city of Kaunos with an amphitheater or other remains. from ancient times. The river between Dalyan and the sea with the rock tombs in the wall of the hill Dalyan is known for its turtle breeding ground. You are also only allowed to enter the beach at certain times and certainly not put umbrellas in the ground. To get to the beach you can take a taxi boat.
