The private complex Mountain View with 16 villas is located just 10 minutes by car from the breathtaking beach of Ölüdeniz, just outside the center of Ovacik/Hisarönü.
One of these 16 villas is Mountain View 15. A wonderfully spacious two-storey house with 3 full double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition, a fully furnished and well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, a 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster. There is a nice and bright living-dining room, a washing machine, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas and free WiFi.
On the terrace you will find a dining table with chairs for 6 people, 2 bean bags and a BBQ.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and you like convenience, then this complex is ideal. A few meters from our terrace is the 25-meter swimming pool with separate children's pool, which is shared with the other 15 villas. And with enough sunbeds on the complex, you don't have to get out of bed early in the morning to 'reserve' a sunbed with a towel.

Take a 20-minute walk and find a nice restaurant in the nearby charming village of Hisaronü. Or simply order a taxi via the taxi button just outside the complex and have it taken to Fethiye in 10 minutes. An authentic Turkish city on the harbor, complete with boulevard and shopping area!
You can also have yourself taken to Oludeniz. A lively seaside resort on the breathtaking beach.
Of course it is also possible to travel to these places with the Dolmus. A cheap and excellent alternative.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Mentioned prices include WiFi, electricity, water, bed linen, towels for the bathrooms and final cleaning if booked for at least one week. For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 100 euros will be charged separately.

The official check-in time is 15:00, the check-out time is 11:00.

The deposit is 20% of the total rental amount, to be paid at the time of booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. If you book less than 8 weeks before the arrival date, the entire rental amount is due immediately.

Cancellation:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must notify the landlord immediately. If the tenant informs us of this by telephone, this must also be confirmed in writing or by e-mail.

If the tenant cancels the agreement:

More than 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he only owes the deposit.
In the period from 4 to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 50% of the rent.
In the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 75% of the rent.

Ölüdeniz is one of the 5 most beautiful beaches in the world and the most photographed beach on our globe. Ölüdeniz is still intact and it is almost impossible to get a permit to build. The world famous pearly white sandy beach is ideal for relaxing, but there are also plenty of activities to do. The main beach for the town consists of a beautiful white sandy beach along a pleasant promenade with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Many of the cafes and restaurants have a roof terrace from where you can enjoy the impressive views and the colorful sunsets. A bit further away is the protected beach, the Blue Lagoon. The beach is part of the national park and there is a small entrance fee that is well worth paying. The total beach consists of calm waters without a real tide, making it ideal for families with small children and for various water sports. The clear and clean water is great for swimming or snorkeling. Even in winter the water is pleasant with a temperature of 16 degrees. Around Ölüdeniz are the best sailing routes for a quiet sailing holiday. Here you can enjoy the clear blue waters and the beautiful blooming nature. There is the possibility to rent a Gulet (Turkish sailing boat) with or without staff to sail through the area. Ölüdeniz is located in the heart of ancient Lycia. There are many old towns and ruins to see around Ölüdeniz. Antiquities such as Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos, Sdyma, Myra and many others are worth visiting. Other excursions include the Lycian Way for the dogged walker or a day out to the Butterfly Valley where, from June to September, a diversity of colors and shapes swirl around in the guise of butterflies. The temperature in Ölüdeniz is wonderful to hibernate. During the dark, cold days in Europe, it is not colder than 16 degrees in Ölüdeniz, with perhaps a shower in winter. In summer the temperature exceeds 30 degrees, which makes for delicious water in the winter around 15 degrees.

At small distance are many possibilities, such as Saklikent. Near the Toros Mountains between Fethiye and Kas, east of Esençay valley lies the Saklikent gorge in the 80 discovered by villagers. Saklikent Gorge "Hidden Valley" is steep and narrow and 18 km long. It is one of the longest and deepest canyons of Turkey. It is so deep that not even the sun can heat the water, the water is ice cold even in summer.
