Villa with double terrace + garden/WiFi

The villa is located outside the center. There are 6 villas of this type built and they are located on a cul-de-sac. As this villa is located at the end of the cul-de-sac, traffic in front of the house is excluded. So no nuisance from noise from passing traffic. So safe for children! The house has 2 terraces. 1 at the front and the 2nd is a bonus terrace where you will spend most of your time relaxing and enjoying the garden and the view of the mountains. As shown in the photos, the house consists of a very spacious living room in an L- form. The house is equipped with 3 air conditioners. 1 in the living room, and 2 in the other bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom consisting of a sink, shower and toilet. The many windows (all equipped with mosquito nets) in the living room, bedrooms and kitchen provide a lot of light in the house and ensure that you do not feel trapped yourself.
2 showers are equipped with hot water heaters. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with standard cutlery. You will also find a microwave, induction hob, sandwich griddle, coffee machine and kettle if you choose to eat at home. However, within a radius of 2 km you will find several local restaurants where you can enjoy the diversity of Thai cuisine.
At the very back of the house you will find the 3rd bathroom, the toilet of which will mainly be used by any visitors. It is also used as storage space for cleaning the house. You will find a broom, but also a vacuum cleaner, etc. Would you like to use a cleaning lady? No problem, just let me know.
