The property features two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms: one ensuite to the master bedroom and one separate modern bathroom. Upstairs there is an additional living room/indoor area with sea views. The real living area, however, is the generous covered outdoor room under the house: a spacious, open lounge where you can sit comfortably all year round, even during a tropical rainstorm. Here you will also find the outdoor kitchen and dining area overlooking the palm garden and the swimming pool.
The large private swimming pool (12 x 6 meters) is completely for you alone and fenced with a bamboo fence, so you can enjoy maximum privacy and tranquility.
For added luxury, butler service is available. Our butler can provide breakfast, lunch or dinner at home on request. In addition, a masseur can come to your home and you can relax with a massage by the pool, in the bamboo huts next to the pool.
Fancy some liveliness? Just a 15-minute drive away is Chaweng with restaurants, bars and markets. If you prefer to stay quiet, there is a quiet beach with good restaurants a few minutes away. A supermarket is within walking distance.
