The villa is located in a quiet park and is 2 km from the Black Mountain Golf Club with an 18 hole course and a par 3 9 hole course.
The nearest beach is about 8 km.
The Black Mountain Waterpark is also located nearby; a water and wakeboard park.
Due to our slightly higher location, towards the 'mountains', it is always a bit cooler here than in the city.
The park has a large communal swimming pool and a clubhouse with treadmill, pool table and cross trainer.
